"Elisa welcomed us upon arrival and responded very quickly to questions throughout our stay. The cottage is very cozy and fully equipped.The bed was comfortable, and the two air conditioners were great.The garden is large and comfortable. There are no panoramic views, but you're staying in an olive grove. A provincial road runs alongside it, but we weren't bothered by it much. It's a great base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany.We recommend this property."

"Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. On the negative side, we did not have very much outside space and our table and sitting area were part of a shared area where other guests had breakfast or dinner so was not very private.
