"Staff is so welcoming at the front desk Michelle and Umberto were so helpful to arrange my short stay at best. I checked In Earlier and they extended my checkout . The hotel is vast and sits in the very center of coral gables surrounded by shops and excellent top restaurants . Rooms are clean and spacious Breakfast at their cafe is well done fresh food and large menu . I recommend it to solo travelers for business or families The amenities are convenient and they have rooms for conferences, meetings large gatherings"

"It was a trip for a friends birthday so I upgraded to a suite. The only complaint I have is that the couch in the suite did not have a coffee table. Pretty basic."

"The room was cold(good). Paying to park after you are renting a room I don't like. The grounds were not up to cleanliness. Parking spaces were tight. Room felt clean. Needs upgrades in rooms. Lots of patch work on doors and walls. Didn't see no ice machine or even a vending machine. Overall a decent place to crash overnight. Trying to find places to eat was a chore. Everything miles and miles away. Good place for a simple overnight."
