"We stayed in this lovely villa for 10 days and it was fantastic! We were four adults and two babies and felt it really met our needs. The pool is awesome and really good size. The hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations. Because of the way the villa is laid out there are loads of different spots for a meal which kept it varied. We loved the bbq. We hired a car but think that it would be easy to be there without one as there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, but villa itself is nice and peaceful."

"This is a fantastic villa and in such a good location. The villa is amazing inside and out.The highlight of course being the 10m x 5m pool. As a family we spent many happy hours relaxing round the pool and playing games in it. The depth of the pool is approximately 5', so whilst it is not suitable for diving it was perfect for playing water volley ball and other ball games.Inside the villa is spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds were comfy and the air con in the bedrooms very effective and welcome.There is a very good and large supermarket within a 6 minute walk or a few minutes drive. The supermarket has a really good butcher and fish monger. The Coral Bay Strip is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The first 5 minutes is along the main road (we took a torch just make sure we could be seen at night). The "Strip" has a lots of bars and very good restaurants serving high quality food with lots of choice.We were very sad to leave at the end of the 2 weeks and will certainly be coming back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa as a couple with four teenagers!Firstly, the communication with the host was exceptionally good. From the booking, and throughout our stay, Marina was the perfect host. She also gave us excellent suggestions for transfers, restaurants and things to do during our holiday.We arrived late at night and there were a few thoughtful items in the fridge to tide us over before we could venture out to the supermarket (5 minutes walk) to stock up on supplies.The villa itself is very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms suited our party, with a double en suite for us, and two twin rooms for the four teenagers. The Aircon was efficient in all areas of the villa.The pool was clean and some inflatables were provided. It was very helpful to have pool and beach towels provided, as well as bathroom towels.We tended to take a walk to the café on the beach (5 minutes) for breakfast, lunch in the villa, and go to a restaurant at night. There are some fabulous places to eat nearby, with many of the more commercial places on the Coral Bay Strip a short walk away. The location was brilliant for us. The teens were able to easily explore independently by catching the regular bus into Paphos. One day we visited the waterpark. A must do with four energetic teens!We loved the area, and plan to be back soon.Many thanks to Marina for hosting us!"

"10/10 Great Villa , Great views We found the Villa without issue from the instructions provided it’s at the end of a cul de sac no road noise just the sound of the waves 24/7.The Villa was great it was alarmed with electronic shutters on the windows for extra security when we weren’t in with a safe in 1 of the bedrooms, there’s off street parking for 3 cars.There’s a down stairs bedroom and 2 upstairs all with individual remote controlled A/C units with a further unit downstairs in the lounge The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven , hob washing machine and dish washer so ideal for our stay and needs Once your outside that’s what you have come for , the view and setting is to die for well worth it, you can never get used to the sounds and the view.Felix and Lisa were easily contactable if needed and even had local discounts for restaurants and activities so well worth asking about When we were there the pool was like bath water and well maintained, the pool man was great to speak to, really knew his stuff and took pride in his work The strip is only 10 mins walk away and no issue for the 5 of us which included my 75 yr old dad. The kids had the upstairs twin room and said the beds squeaked when rolling over so may be something to look at changing but the main bedroom had a lovely tempur mattress which was faultless We all had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat 10/10 "

"Large, clean villa in an ideal location in Coral Bay. 2 minute walk to the large supermarket and 5 minute walk to the lovely Coral Bay strip. George was a great host who made sure everything was ok for us and the pool was clean. George was also kind enough to let us stay in the villa in on our departure day until tea time as we had a late flight. Highly recommend! "

"Had a lovely stay at villa safia total relaxation. The villa had everything you needed very home from home, and the complimentary welcome pack was spot on.
