"The owners and staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay delightful, including directing us to a neighboring castle to explore, which was an absolute delight. The hotel itself was an adventure, beautiful, fun and thoughtful details everywhere you looked. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The town was incredibly walkable and safe. Gorgeous amenities and very clean."

"We got there around 6pm ( check in is at 4pm ) but we still had to wait for the room due to "having a big party" checking out. The front desk person had an attitude during the entire check in process. We got the room at the highest floor.... great. Few huge luggage bags etc and the elevator is out of order... of course the front desk didn’t really care about the issue. The beds are not comfortable at all. Breakfast next day was ok but the overall stay at this hotel definitely not good overall. We travel quite a bit and this place has a lot to learn. Wouldn't stay again if it was free."

"Staying on the castle grounds was excellent— especially for the midnight tour. Also: Restaurant Biblioteka also on the Ksiaz castle grouting was outstanding - excellent dinner and wine cellar. "

"There no coffe maker/ microwave or small fridge..in the room I have been for six days here ,the room was cleaned up on my last day.."

"Great location, very generous and dicerse breakfast offering every day, room very comfortable, clean and quiet despite bring located in city centre. Definitely recommend and will stay there again during my next vidit"
