This quaint Ten Mile Haus condominium is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath unit that Sleeps 3 people. The Bedroom is furnished with a King bed and twin trundle. Amenities in this unit include a Gas Burning Fireplace, a new 40 inch TV, DVD player, Free WiFi and a Full Size Kitchen. At approximately 610 square feet. The building provides Community Laundry Facilities and covered parking is available. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. Ten Mile Haus B5 is perfect for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable unit, close to the slopes of Copper Mountain, at a great value! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72673 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.
