Ten Mile Haus B9 is a Value rated, "Ski-in/Walk-out", 1 Bedroom 1 Bath residence with fantastic forest views! Pets are OK in this 610 sq. ft. condo that Sleeps 4 people. Pets are ok. Pets are OK and there is a $35 non-refundable fee per pet, per night fee. In the Bedroom there is a Queen Size Bed and a walk-in closet. The Living Room is furnished with a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, Gas Fireplace, 40 inch TV, Ipod Port and a Dining Area Table. The Full Size Kitchen rounds out this cozy unit and its amenities. The building provides Free WiFi, Community Laundry Facilities and Parking. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. Ten Mile Haus B9 is perfect for a small family or anyone looking for a great value right on the slopes of Copper Mountain! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72677 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Stretches the term "value" generously
I knew that as a "value" property this place would be lacking in some areas. But certain things were inexcusable and it really felt like they were trying to see what they can get away with. Immediately upon entering there was a half empty gatorade from previous occupants. The thermostat was turned off in the bedroom so it was very cold, about 60, so I turned it to 70. We woke in the middle of the night and it was at least 80+ and we were feeling sick from how hot it had become. We had to briefly open a window and turn the thermostat back down to off. Spent the rest of the stay unable to sleep because it was so cold. So to recap, your options in the bedroom are: hotter than the surface of the sun, or too cold to sleep. There is a kitchen, but if you plan to do any cooking you should bring EVERYTHING. There's about 20 knives but I only found one that could cut through an avocado, and only then it could barely do so and mutilated the avocado. There are salt and pepper shakers, but they were empty so that was helpful. The pots and pans are an embarrassment. A cheap set from Costco would be a massive upgrade. The bedroom was very dimly lit. I tried to turn a lamp on but it wasn't working--traced the power cord and it's not even plugged in and I didn't see an available outlet to even plug it in to. The location is fantastic, however!

We love this place , it’s great for hitting the slopes in the winter and the trails in the summer. Super dog friendly which is a plus for us. Property management is always so helpful and responsive.

Perfect little spot!!
The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway!!! Condo had everything we need with plenty of space for our 2 dogs plus being on the ground with outside access made things easy. The Queen bed was the only issue, not comfortable and a bit hard. Maybe a new mattress or pillow topper added should help!!! Other than that great place especially when Copper Mountain is in full swing for the snow season.
