- Completely renovated 11/2024! Ten Mile Haus #B3 is a quaint, Value rated, Ski-in/Walk-out residence with fantastic forest views! Located on the Condo Access Ski Run, this Mountain-facing, 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condominium offers Accommodation for 4 people. The Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed and includes a walk in closet. A Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, a Gas Fireplace and a Dining Area fill out the open floor plan in this 610 sq. ft. condominium. Pets are OK and there is a $35 non-refundable fee per pet, per night. A Full Size Kitchen and a Full Size Bath complete this comfortable unit. Indoor Parking, and Free WiFi are amenities available with the building. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. Ten Mile Haus B3 is perfect for the cost conscious small family, or anyone looking for a cozy unit right on the slopes of Copper Mountain! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72671 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.
