"The hosts were delightful! They were friendly helpful. The views of the mountains were stunning. We had access to a canoe and paddled around the lake which was an extra fun bonus. The house was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The only constructive feedback is that one of the bedrooms doors do not have a door or a sheet to separate that space from the living room. A sheet would make it easier for someone to sleep if the living room was being occupied. "

"Hotel location is good, very convenient to go to everywhere, no matter dining or supermarket or the harbor. The room is well equipped, and the hotel lobby provides lemon water, hot water and coffee, which made us feel the hotel is warm and convenient and welcoming. The breakfast chef made good waffles. "This is a fun old historic lodge, and so you will have to adjust to not every room having a bathroom. Our room, number 9, was large, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, and the Tavern, where you eat dinner, is great. The chef, Nicola, is outstanding, serving up numerous draft beers and creating great daily dishes--his Halibut was the best of the trip! Even if you don't stay here, visit Trappers Tavern for dinner! "
