"Very good value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly even at busy times. Selby can be a little boisterous on Friday and Saturday nights, but don’t let that put you off. A hearty cooked breakfast is included. You can park right outside, which is a boon. A fine place to stay. "

"Really close to Bootham Bar and everything that is inside the walls. Very warm welcome from friendly and helpful staff and even though my room was over the main road, noise didn't bother me. The room "York Theatre" was very well appointed with everything you'd need. Good size with a large en-suite and a lovely comfy bed. I'd definitely recommend staying here. "

"I was staying in the property for four nights, spending most days sightseeing. For a double room it was a bit cramped, but for a single traveller on a tight budget perfectly sufficient. The room was equipped with an electric kettle and a mini-fridge, which was convenient for a few day stay. The room also contained a well-stocked toilet (which however needs a hook for a towel) and a shower cabin opening to a room - not what I expected but not really a problem (if you can figure out how to set...

"Lovely room and facilities. Immaculately clean. All rooms were occupied but still very quiet, no disturbances at all. I like the diy breakfast arrangement. Fridge available with fresh milk if needed for drinks in room. Would definitely stay again."

"This is the second time staying at the Camberley, last time 13 months ago. Nothing to complain about only a few little things if i was being picky. Its great to see that the rooms have been updated stayed in room 2 this time which was really nicely decorated, bright and modern, lovely comfy bed and pillows, comfortably heated not drab as room 10 was 13 months ago! Tea and coffee in room but no little biscuit this time and no artificial sweeteners either in the room or downstairs where the spares...

"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
