Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Full catastrophe! Never again

Room was double booked and we could get in the apartment with a code despite other people are already in there. This is against any data protection law of Europe. Will claim against the company but this is worst experience I’ve ever had with agencies. No support with finding an alternative solution!
