"The property was adequate and suited our needs. The pictures oversold the newness of it just a little bit but all in all it was great for our family. The master bathroom could use a remodel but it was all functional. Really loved the ice maker and the beach equipment was in really good shape."

"The house was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and it was very clean. Great kitchen with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. The backyard with the pool was beautiful and it was great for our 2 dogs completely fenced in and secure. Julie was great with communicating check in instructions and answering any questions we had during our stay. Definitely plan on returning next year!"

"The home is three levels - so lots of stairs. But there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the amenities. Lots of decks and outside sitting. The inlet is great for ocean access. The pool is perfect for the non stop swimming when you're not at the beach, and the playground is good for the kids. The house has a lot to offer! Game room, large kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Not so sure about Marco Island for a family vacation again though. We were constantly reminded by Florida people that noise in Marco Island is strictly forbidden and they have sound detection machines everywhere including this home to make sure no one exceeds the limits. The beaches are packed, parking is a nightmare and parking anywhere except where designated will get you towed or a 100 ticket. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway - not blocking sidewalks or another ticket. Marco Island is full of rich old grumpy people who don't want anyone to visit their city. The younger generation that worked at stores, restaurants, hotels, etc., were all very sweet and helpful always! We did go to JW Marriott and pay for parking and beach use two days, it was the best way to avoid more tickets. So the house is awesome, and Omar is a great owner! Just too quiet of a city for my family."
