"Property was nice! Everything was clean and welĺ maintained. We went in July and the weather was hot! Pool was nice, the water temp was like a warm bath. Solar heated and in full sun most of the day..so to be expected. Central location and easy access to all Marco Island offers. We enjoyed our stay. Host was accessible and communicated with us easily. Everything was there to go to the beach and enjoy the day. A map of the island provided activities, restaurants, etc. Really relaxing. We would return."

"All in all, we had a good time the only issues that I had the TV signal was poor. We were unable to watch TV and I am unsure if it came from the bedsheet or for the provided body watch, but I broke out in a rash around my neck parts of my back and on my wrist however it was a nice area and we enjoyed our stay."

"Overall, we had a good experience with our stay. We really enjoyed having the pool and screened in patio. We were low key during our stay there and worked from the house. Although we didn’t use any of the extras, I did appreciate that they provided a grill, extra beach towels, pool noodles & floaties, etc. The check-out list was also pretty minimal so that was nice."

"We loved the house! When we arrived the pool needed to be cleaned..we arrived on a Tuesday, we reached out to the owner - she had the pool company out within a hour & he was there every day he had that pool sparkling! The neighborhood was Grand! We had 2 BIG rainstorms in the evening ,what a great view from the living room & bedroom off the waterway. I love to cook for my family (they are celiac) the kitchen was great to cook in. We also played one of the many games that were available."Marconolpy" It was was a blast ( we also saw the game available at "Sweet Annie's Ice cream " ) they have the best ice cream!We also went to the Bargain Basket daily - I went home with a new wardrobe ( cheap & new to me) Went to Publix daily ( I Publix)..went to the beach in the Am & in the pool at different times of the day. Watched a couple of movies. We even went out on 2 different bike rides. Got a pizza from Joes Pizza ( I am not Celiac) I purposely did not eat pizza for a month prior, best pizza! We also visited Donuts and Popcorn , Great popcorn! We had the best time this year ! Our host was so easy to contact and work with. I would highly recommend this home as our next vacation!"
