"We chose the property because it was pet friendly and did not require a 2-night stay. The staff and beach access were excellent. We really liked it. If you dare, there is public vehicle beach access about a mile south of the property. If you do, you better plan for the tide."

"I stayed one night which wasn't enough but I'll be back. Great staff. Clean and accommodating. The bed was worth a million. Most comfortable bed I have ever had. My puppy was absolutely welcome even after she had an accident in the lobby. I didn't have an ocean view but I had a deer view about 4 feet from my window. Coffee was amazing. I didn't do the breakfast because I was going to our place for breakfast. Definitely rate this place 13 out of 10😁 "

"Property is a little dated, but well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Front desk people efficient and friendly. It was a little too cool and breezy for us to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but we enjoyed walking the roughly quarter-mile trail from behind the hotel down to the beach, and then a walk along the beach. Restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. The room has a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchenette, so would be very nice for a stay of a week or more."

"Everything was great except for the state of the property to the north which looked uninhabitable with broken down/abandoned cars, caution tape, etc. it was a mess. I plan on staying again in December and will request a room further south. I did hear noises during the night which were a little unnerving "

"Stayed at cabin. Cute little place. It was our fourth time staying there. Walking distance to the ocean trail, so convenient. If you need quiet place to get away from the city, Westport is a perfect spot "

"Nice little apartments looking right iver the beach, with kitchenettes and seating areas. Comfortable, reasonably priced and well worth a look if you like the town."

"The office is always locked and unstaffed but they do answer when you ring the bell. Our room was recently updated but still had a few flaws none of which impeded our stay. One of the window screens was torn so we didnt want to open the window and possibly let in flies or bugs. The other window did open so that was good however nothing more than a plastic clip type holder to stop the window so while we were out we didnt feel it would be safe to leave the window open, we were on the ground floor. The other was a wobbly lamp. So again nothing that affected our stay. The room was being cleaned when we arrived so it was fresh upon check-in. There was enough coffee, towels and soap for out stay. A nice refrigerator with a good sized freezer as well. Overall a lovely little place to stay."
