"Arrived to unattended front desk where there was a phone to dial 0 for help. Waited 10 minutes for last to arrive to check us in. Check in was an additional 15 minutes. The sliding door in our room, opened from the outside and does not lock. Breakfast offering was 2 varieties of cereal and a half gallon of 3 day expired milk in the refrigerator. The ice machine gave 1 cube of ice but failed to dispense any more. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had."

"What a wonderful experience to step back in time to an authentic Victorian home with museum quality antiques alongside modern amenities. It provided a wonderful respite for our family while attending a funeral. Andrew was phenomenal to work with and is an excellent host. He provides an abundance of information on the area and truly promotes Oil City and the region. We're looking forward to returning again!"
