"I could tell the hotel had been recently updated. I stayed two nights for a family event. The hotel is eco friendly (shampoo/soap dispensers in shower & instructions to hang towels to reduce water usage). I have a bad back, and the bed was comfortable, although I always bring my own pillows for extra support. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a convenient location. I would stay here again."

My only frustration was paying more because I booked through expedia. If i had booked directly with the hotel, it would have been considerably less. "

"Loved the high quality of everything and especially the actually working coffee maker and accessories . Shower was great and I could actually turn it on without having to step inside first, as with many of the new modern showers behind a half glass immobile “wall”. Absolute only problem was the toiled seat which was not securely fastened to the seat."

"From the moment i walked in to an extremely friendly front desk clerk named Kenya, i felt like i walked into a 5 star hotel. Being in customer service most of my career, i would hire this woman on the spot. She is the epitome of customer service. Very friendly and helpful. A lovely person. I could see myself being friends with her instantly. This hotel was a very welcome surprise on our 2500 km drive. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was welcoming. All aroud it was an excellent experience. 5 stars to Kenya!!!"

"Traveled with my 2 young granddaughters for an overnight stay. Flying out early the next morning. They enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the outside areas where you can sit and relax. The full kitchen was a definite plus along with the pull out bed. The continental breakfast had many choices especially for my 2 little ones that are picky eaters. A short 3 minute drive to airport and plenty of parking. Will definitely be back. Thank you. "
