The hotel needs to clean the snow of the entrance and principal access to the hotel more effectively because was full of snow. I was confused were the entrance was. Coon Rapids was good after all.

"I like the convenience of walking through the hotel to the mall. What I didn't like is paying for parking. I believe that if a customer resides at your hotel, the customer should not have to pay for parking. This feels like price gauging."
