"Very quiet I slept like a rock no noise from the halls. Beds was comfy water was hot. I didnt try the breakfast or pool i slept to sound."

"Great place for a stay in Carroll Iowa. The rooms were clean. The hotel was maintained well and the hotel breakfast was actually pretty good. The frozen omelette were good and the eating area was pleasant. "

"Nice little motel next to a nice restaurant. For the price point it was sufficient and quiet. The staff was friendly. Will stay there again if we are in Carroll. One note - the sign advertises "hot breakfast" with pictures of eggs and sausages. You need to tell the front desk that you want the hot breakfast ahead of time, or only a continental one will be available. The staff told me not enough people eat the hot food and it goes to waste at great expense, so they are now serving it upon request."
