"The room was clean but clearly dated and in need of repair. The restaurant staff was off putting and didn’t seem to know what was going on. The menu barely listed the ingredients and when we disclosed a food allergy, they didn’t say anything or write anything down about it. Food was clearly not fresh and was thawed from frozen."

"Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was immaculate. Unlike other hotels the breakfast was cooked to order and tasted great. We had an evening meal there too which was also lovely. We used the swimming pool too and the underground parking facility meant we didn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. If we come back for another trip to Dublin, we would 100% stay here again."

"The rooms were clean and we arrived after closing and when I had questions the staff were extremely helpful with getting our rooms sorted. The location is very close to everything. If you have a car there is convenient parking."
