"We asked for maid service on the first night, never received it! Also asked for the bottle of body eash to be replaced, it never was! I had to go.to.the front desk and ask for a new bottle, replaced myself. We had two bottles of hair conditioner instead of shampoo and conditioner. "

"We enjoyed the quiet room. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had.
