"To be honest, the property is aged however it is very well kept. EVERY employee encountered throughout my stay was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean, room was comfy, service was on point. "

"I looked at the reviews before booking the room and really didn't believe the content. The first impression was the phone call that I made to the hotel to advise them that I would be checking in after 10pm. The phone rang, maybe 3 times -- it could have been 2 because it shocked me when there was a human answering the phone. The guy who answered was polite, seemed alert, and very professional in his service. I arrived later than expected but was greeted by a female who was again, polite, alert, and professional. At this point the room could have been a dump and I wouldn't have any complaints because my earlier dealings with the staff leads me to think that they take pride in their customers satisfaction and would find remedies to any complaints. Yet the room was fine so no camplaints. I liked the location which is just off of the highway. The service here was outstanding with the three people that I had the pleasure of dealing with being JUST BEAUTIFUL. All were pleasant and professional at each encounter - I more than appreciate that. I rarely leave a review but here is a chance to thank you guys for a pleasant stay and I look forward to seeing you again."

"My family and I had a great experience. We were instantly welcomed to this hotel. The food and beverage director was so nice. He assisted us in finding our room and also surprised my kids with a little treat. What a great way to be welcomed! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. All the staff members were helpful we truly enjoyed our stay. "
