Summerfield is a gorgeous holiday home, perfectly located for families and friends seeking to make the most of the North Wales coastline, Conwy Valley and Snowdonia.
Accommodating up to eight people in four bedrooms: 1 small double, two king and one super king (splits to 2 singles on request) the property also provides a parking area for up to four cars. The kitchen opens on out to the lovely garden where, on a warm Summer’s evening, you can open the patio doors and dine alfresco or use the BBQ

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please strip beds of used linen, place in the bath along with used towels.
Take rubbish to bins and recycle using the appropriate bins.
Put breakfast dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Put all items back where you found them, please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have lovely neighbours. No outdoor music or noise after 9pm.
All cars to be parked on the drive at all times. Charging electric cars from the property is not permitted.
