And this is after several calls and texts with the owner as well as chatting and calling with VRBO several times, including talking to their manager who promised she will escalate and have someone call me but never did. "Room was nice and clean. Very cozy. The staff - Francesca at the Front Desk was very helpful. We let her know our friends were arriving early the next morning, she arranged for the room next to us and had it ready for check in by 9am. Amazing! The hostess - Viviana, in the breakfast area was the most hospitable person we met on our trip ( 3 different hotels). Great breakfast with many local options. "
