"i didn't stay in the property because the owner cancelled due to them having covid, but he never refunded my money and VRBO promised to help and process the refund but they never did. And this is after several calls and texts with the owner as well as chatting and calling with VRBO several times, including talking to their manager who promised she will escalate and have someone call me but never did. "It was my first time in Bari so I wasn’t prepared for how difficult it can be to get around (especially without Uber) but once I reached this VRBO, it was a great place of rest and refuge. Very accurate listing and great amenities. I would definitely recommend it."
