"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are what makes a place and they couldn't have been kinder to us. Very warm welcome on arrival and really good English from one lady, the gentleman doesn't speak English but uses a translation option on his phone and communication was easy. We needed to change rooms because the guests next to us were very noisy. Thankfully this happened quickly and without issue. The hotel wasn't busy in October so we got to choose a room next to the pool, private and away from any neighbours. It was just like a trulli house inside. It was quite dark as few windows, but that keeps it cool in the summer. Had it's own balcony and seats and was a large space. We were very happy there. The pool and grounds need a little updating, but they have a lovely setting in the middle of agriculture and a 16th century building which oozes character. Thank you for your kindness and help."
