"Beautiful hotel facing the sea with a panoramic roof top terrace and large pool. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were updated and the cleaning staff deserves a round of applause! Spacious clean rooms. Great hotel and Maiori is a wonderful town. "

"Loved this hotel. Stayed here 10 years ago and loved it then. Came to Salerno again for 5 days vacation this week. Its right next to train station and ferry docks. Rooms are clean and upkept everyday. Breakfast is great. Beds are so comfortable. Location is perfect being on the main street in Salerno. Wish every hotel I stay in Europe was like this"

Hotel La Pergola

"The condition of the hotel is excellent; it is clean, modern and well maintained. Staff, including Salvatore at the desk and Antonio in bar and dining room are professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and dinner we had one night was also very good. There is a bus stop right at the front door of the hotel which is good. The only downside to the location is that there is not that much close to the hotel to provide other dining or shopping options. Many patrons of the hotel do walk to other venues but the road on which the hotel is located (the main road) is somewhat dangerous for pedestrians IMO. One caution: taxis are expensive in and around Amalfi and the drivers will take advantage of any tourist or situation they come upon; ask the price before you get in the cab and don’t waiver or show weakness; you will be victimized."

"Property and staff were great. Complementary breakfast was also fantastic. Area itself is quiet. Only thing that location is quite remote, thankfully had a car. They do offer free shuttle service so you can make it work. "
