"Super nice people let me practice my Spanish. Room was HUGE!! To get to the hotel you go out of customs up the elevator and take the passageway by the 7-11. The elevators are on the left and go to 6. It says it right there. Would highly encourage people to stay here bc it is in the airport and safe."

El area fuera del hotel no esta para caminar, pero el hotel se encuentra en un centro comercial chico con algunos restaurantes y servicios por lo que si necesitas algo mas no necesitas salir de la plaza."

"Excellent place"

"I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip, and I'd like to share my experience. Firstly, the hotel's shuttle service was very convenient. I arrived at the airport around 11 PM and only had to wait for 15 minutes to be picked up and taken to the hotel. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport runs punctually every hour, which was a big plus. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options. Each day featured different meats and fruits, providing a great start to the day. My room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, which was relatively quiet, although occasional noise from the hallway could be heard. The staff were extremely professional and always greeted guests with a smile, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. However, the hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. Apart from the hotel's own restaurant and small shop, there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. While you can use Uber, and it's quite affordable in Mexico City."
