"The check in time is later than usual, but you can check in at the typical time for a fee. Parking is available for a FEE! The included double trundle bed was false advertising. I was charged an additional FEE. The couch shown in the picture doesn’t exist, I am pretty sure we were not given the unit that we paid for. "Fridge and clothes washer was broken. The tiles were lose and kept putting grout out. Aircon was weak, worked just enough to be comfortable. "

"There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...
