My queen size bed had a full size mattress on it. Matress was rock hard. Bed spread had lots of stains on it. Walls and floors had lots of scratches on them. Shower had a leak. Floors around elevator and inside elevator had a spill that left the floor sticky and wasn't cleaned up the whole time we were there. Nice staff was the only perk at this place. I will not return.

Brief stay, good quality and service. CLEAN! CLEAN! Oh, and did I say the hotel was CLEAN? Scherray, the front desk worker, was awesome and knew the guest by name!

Lady at the front desk was amazing. Elevater didn’t work but that’s not a problem for us and not their fault. Was clean enough. Kinda noisy upstairs but otherwise was fine. The reviews were terrible but that wasn’t really our experience there. Loved the boot store next door. Saw two roaches but they stayed hidden till time for us to leave lol I’ve been worse places LITERALLY. The bed smelled like pee tho bad and that was the only real problem for me.

5 Star Experience

I'm a frequent traveler, do to work, who frequently requires/requests last minute travel prepping and arrangements. I was awaiting a pre-booked flight out of state and needed a location near the airport with shuttle service but everything was either booked for that day or had exorbitantly high rates... because, this was a last minute arrangement. So my plan was to get a room for the night to game plan and lock something somewhere closer in until my departure. To make this long story short, I ended up booking a week out here at WoodSprings-Conroe even though this location doesn't offer airport shuttle service and isn't the closest to the airport. Why? THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A-1; ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN; THE HOTEL WAS WELL UP KEPT; THE RESIDENTS THERE WERE MOSTLY LONG-TERM SO THE ENVIRONMENT WAS FRIENDLY; GREAT PROXIMITY TO SHOPPING/FOOD...with the deciding factor being the front desk worker, SCHERRAY, and her supervisor CHRISTINA! They were accommodating and made sure that my stay here was as comfortable as possible!!! My guest experience outweighed all other intangibles and I'm happy to have made the decision to stay!

For starters my husband and I are not picky at all. As long as the room is clean we don’t normally have anything bad to say. But our experience here was one of the worst. Right off the bat we arrived right at check in which was 3:00pm we were told our room was being cleaned and would have to wait 30/45 minutes and come back. So we did since we still needed to run a few errands, we come back and our room still isn’t finished being cleaned. We were told there are no cleaning people that come in this entire place. The girls cleaning were just two random woman that stay at the hotel itself. We were finally able to get in after waiting an hour. Room was clean other than a few things broken and stuff but again we don’t care much about these things. The bed only had two pillows which were so flat they didn’t do much so I sent my husband to get a couple of extras and was told there were none. To top that off we had to use the same towels our entire stay also. Most of our time there we had a constant smell of weed coming from most of the surrounding rooms in which people live. These people who also hang around outside and in the halls at all times. The entire place just was not worth what we paid for it. I would recommend to anyone not to go here.

This place was DISGUSTING. I would rather sleep in a car than here. The place was filled with disturbing and disgusting smells. There was dried up urine all over my toilet. There was a drunk man on the stairway with a beer bottle spilling out. The workers barely want to do there job. Just don’t go! Even if it was the last place you can go.

Reasonable, basic room at a decent price. Bed was average. Room was in need of some light repair work. Full size fridge and microwave were operational. Room was fairly clean but hallway smelt strange.
