Beautiful Cozy home in the City of Conroe, very close to the shopping centers, near lake Conroe and 15 minutes away from the heart of the Woodlands. 30 to 45 mins to the airport IAH. Home is well equipped for your short all long stay. A most definite place to call home when away from home.

Very clean and well updated home that was perfect for our family to be together while attending a wedding in Conroe, TX. Loved having 2 bedrooms with King size beds and a very large master bedroom. The property was close to all types of retail outlets as well as multiple choices for dining.

The location was excellent for where my daughter had her softball tourney (Gene Campbell Field). Property was clean. The host Ruthe was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay. I would return.

The property was overall nice. The shower was pretty amazing and the master bedroom is huge. If I had to have an issue it would be having access to more toilet paper. Each bathroom had one roll.

Was pleased with overall look and feel of the house. Location was perfect for our purposes. We did have a little trouble getting in due to a code change, however, my text was answered immediately. Everything was clean and tidy. Beautiful home. The downstairs was a little colder than the upstairs but was manageable. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your kindness on the phone and for the promptness of answering out texts.

Door doesn’t lock from the outside; bedding is visibly dirty, the smoke detectors were beeping all night and kept everyone up. The neighbors dogs are loud and obnoxious.

After I arrived I got call asking if hot water was working & it was not, had to load & unload again to a unit 3 down. 3night w/ 1/papertowels 1 toilet paper - no hand soap- no ice/maker broke- condenser outside shook LV wall 24/7 had family emergency & had to leave a day early (28) & was not even offered a prorate. I myself have 3 homes in VRBO & would recommend to do your research this experience will give all other VRBO owners a terrible reputation that isn’t deserved. Were are most I’ve know are very sympathetic about these issues.

I booked this place back in December for some of us college softball moms heading to Houston to cheer on our daughters. I kept checking the day before and day off for checking in instructions. Check in was 4:00 pm and we got to property at 6:30pm. By this time I had messaged property contact on VRBO link twice and heard nothing. While sitting in driveway I called. She was unaware we were booked for the long weekend (4 nights). After seeing we were booked she ended up giving me the code for the garage, but didn’t have the front door code as the cleaning person changes it. She said if she knew we were coming, the property would have been freshened up since it had been a week since last occupants. Well she should have known we had the reservation as the property manager. We walked in and the house was so cold. Thermostat was at 51. I turned the thermostat up and called back the property manager. She told me the house would heat up fine. The upstairs did, but not the main floor. After waking up the next day, main floor was still so chilly. Smoke alarms were chirping entire night as well. I let Ruth know via text. It wasn’t until 8:00 that evening that she and her husband showed up with a Space heater and changed the smoke alarm batteries. A light bulb was out in the shared bathroom upstairs, cobwebs on the corner of the wooden stairs, and multiple stains on the comforter in the bedroom I was in. Mirrors would have been nice to have in bedrooms.
