"The castle itself is so beautiful and cozy, but the staff absolutely make the experience. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary there, and the staff went above and beyond to make our time there special. Vijay was so friendly and accommodating, and really made us feel welcome and valued. We enjoyed a lovely dinner there, and our servers Anne and Denise, as well as Vijay, were so sweet and again just made us feel so special. Rajesh was also so awesome, and contributed greatly to our amazing experience. We also wanted to give Joyce a shoutout, as she was so kind and helpful with allowing us to extend our stay an extra night as there was a terrible storm we couldn’t drive through.
All of the staff went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay so special.
Additionally, the room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the robes provided were so cozy. Just overall such a great experience, we couldn’t recommend it enough!"
