"Reception was not good."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Pool access made the trip worth it."

"Location"

"The Carpet in the hallway is old and frayed. The door to the room was damaged and needs to be replaced. This place seems to be suffering from hard times. No longer the classy place it once was."

"Terrible, worst stay ever . It was such a hassle to get in no clear instructions… never again"

"The staff was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the room was comfortable and lovely."

"Clean room and quiet. Pleasantly surprised to see a white noise maker in the room, we definitely used and appreciated that. Nice updated bathroom. We greatly enjoyed our stay."

"Lovely gardens and pool"

"Have a car or ride service. Only restaurant in walking distance is Margaritas across the street. If you are staying in a kitchen suite, you will need to drive or use food delivery service for groceries."

"Clean. No hot water for showers before flight. Front desk said 10% off for the trouble and customer service said 50% off for the trouble. We did receive 50% of the bed and shower we paid for however a free stay should have been offered!"

"Expected more from a brand name hotel. Bad: There was peeling paint and mold in the bathroom shower, the soaps smelled very strange, carpets were buckled in hallways. Outdoors had no place to sit, except for wood picnic benches and tables in terrible condition. Good: salt water pool was warm and breakfast was good."

"Enjoyed my stay. I was there for 5 days. Staff was very helpful. Great location for shopping and restaurants."
