"We observed a weird smell after turning on the ac unit. Since we are tired we didn’t get a chance to talk with front desk about it. Other than that everything is good. Breakfast is really nice. Staff services are really good. "

"Fantastic stay. I was in the main building, which was very convenient for breakfast and dinner (and bar). Location can't be beaten; you can walk from the hotel directly to the Taughannock Falls. Also, they provided a list of places to go and things to do (hiking, dining, wine tasting, etc.) which was extremely helpful. "

"Had an excellent stay at this hotel and, after a week traversing NY State, I can say for definite it was our favourite hotel. It’s nice not to be in a ‘branded’ hotel and with that you get much better service, a truly great breakfast that put those served in much more expensive hotels to shame, and a super comfy bed giving me the best sleep for weeks. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone considering a reasonably priced room on the Ithica area. "

"This is a great place to stay in Ithaca. It’s about 10 minutes from the town center but it feels like you are in the country. Lots of open space, beautiful grounds, nice sunset views, and friendly staff make it a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. "
