new modern holiday home with very nice private pool in quiet surrounding for 4-5 persons, with WiFi and aircon and 4 bicycles. New, modern holiday home with modern facilities for 4-5 people. At the unusually designed, quite large, dark blue pool, you can enjoy your holidays, with benches inside the pool.
The house is very well equipped with air conditioning and everything a vacationer's heart desires:
Modern, open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all other necessary kitchen utensils - thereto followed by the dining area with chairs.
Spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, comfortable sofas, Air Conditioning Hot / Cold
Small but well equipped bathroom
2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.6 m) and one with a double bed (1,4 m wide) and a single bed (0,90 m).
At the house there is a covered terrace with furniture.
In the small garden there are several palm trees and flowering bushes.

The area around the pool is quite large, there are sunloungers for your comfort and to
relax.
The property is completely fenced with a wall. The entrance is through a large roll-up door.

Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist völlig ausreichend um auch mal was selbst zu kochen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Kann das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, ländlichen Gegend. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung.

sehr zu empfehlen, komplette Ausstattung, schnelles Wifi, toller Pool und 4 Fahrräder, von denen neu waren. Wünschenswert wäre hier nur ein Schlüssel zum Verstellen der Sattelhöhe. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 20 Minuten beim sehr schönen Strand von Roche. Check in und out angenehm fix und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Kommunikation war super, die Anlage entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Geschirr im Küchenschrank war nicht sauber, zum Teil auch noch Kaffeespuren in den Tassen. Halb so wild, kurzerhand Geschirr gespült und gut. Ansonsten war alles super, gerne irgendwann wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mit interessant gestaltetem Pool + Außendusche, es funktionierte praktisch alles, insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders gut die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern (nicht im Bad - das könnte nicht ergänzt werden). Einzig zu bemängeln wäre der kleine separate Backofen, der nicht so richtig wollte! Ruhige Lage, allerdings etwas abseits gelegen - ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein. Wunderschön zu nutzen ist auch die Terrasse, wir haben uns gerne dort aufgehalten. Abstellplatz für das Auto direkt im Grundstück - optimal! Zum Strand an der Steilküste knapp 15 min mit dem Auto. Also insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

La maison est situé dans le quartier de Roche à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Conil, dans un quartier calme avec un petit restaurant local juste à coté, le patron est très sympathique. Elle est située à 5 minutes de la plage de Cala Roche, magnifique petites criques. ne soyez pas surpris, il y a des nudiste. Il y a un chemin pour si rendre en vélo environ 15 minutes. les vélos sur place ne sont pas vraiment en état. vous ne pourrez pas vous aventurer bien loin avec. Il y a un petit super marché carrefour à 5 minutes également en voiture. la piscine est très agréable.

Die Casa José ist ungefähr 10 Autominuten von der Küste entfernt in sehr ruhiger und ländlicher Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und in allen Belangen sofort behilflich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber zweckmäßig. Draußen ist ein fantastischer Pool und eine sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Die Agentur hat ebenfalls einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Auf e-Mails wird sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren dieses Jahr wieder in der Casa José. Nach wie vor gut eingerichtet und sauber. José Manuel ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Fer à repasser hors service , j’en ai racheté un . Manque d’une salle de bain et d’un toilette . Manque également d’une grande poêle et d’une essoreuse salade . Sinon le séjour c’est bien passé et à proximité de Chiclana de la frontera Cádiz et pas trop loin de Séville .

Wir haben in der Casa Jose eine Woche unseres Urlaubs verbracht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es mangelt an nichts. Das einzige was man nicht kann ist zu Fuß in einen Ort gehen. Aber es stehen Fahrräder bereit. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir würden hier auf jedenfall jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Casa José ist modern eingerichtet und hell und sauber. Betten und Sitzmöbel sind sehr bequem und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Übergabe durch Josè Manuel hat prima funktioniert. Er ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich schnell falls etwas fehlt oder es ein Problem gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons loué pour les vacances au mois d’août 2020, une maison avec une piscine avec douche extérieure. C’est une maison récente, spacieuse, et très agréable à vivre, il y a salon et une salle à manger de 35 m2 environ, ouvert sur une cuisine moderne tout équipée. Elle a 2 chambres, et 1 salle d’eau avec une douche à l’italienne, et les toilettes. Cette maison est située prêt de El Colorado, ou toutes les commodités sont présentes.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Casa José Es ist alles so wie abgebildet, der Pool ist super und das Wlan war stabil. Nachts war es ruhig und es gab keine Hühner (wo so oft sonst in Conil) die gestört haben. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit dem netten Vermieter Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten die Casa José für eine Woche im November gemietet. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief Reibungslos. Der Verwalter, Manuel, erwartete uns am vereinbarten Treffpunkt, fuhr mit uns zum Haus und schaffte es uns alles zu erklären und dass obwohl wir kein Spanisch sprechen. Die Casa José ist genau so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung etwas außerhalb von El Colorado, sehr ruhig, von Landwirtschaft umgeben. Für uns war es perfekt und wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt und würden gerne wiederkommen.
