Nice country house, near to the beach of Fuente del Gallo and Conil, with large private pool, for 6 persons This beautiful, spacious country house is quietly situated near the beaches of Puntalejos and Fuente del Gallo. From the large garden and terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view over the hills surrounding Conil. A special highlight is the large pool (5 x 10 m) with surrounding pool terrace and garden with shady citrus trees. Families can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a typical Andalusian atmosphere.
Details :
• Large living room with high ceiling and very comfortable sofas and chairs, fireplace, large flat screen TV
• Half-open kitchen with bar. The kitchen is equipped with fridge , ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and all necessary kitchen appliances
• 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each
• Full bath and another bathroom with shower in the pool area
The windows are equipped with mosquito nettings.
Overall, the interior of the house is not new but very clean and cozy.
Several, partly covered terraces surround the house. You can use the brick barbecue and enjoy a perfect night with your family/friends. In the beautifully planted garden, you can relax gloriously in the shadows of the trees.
On the plot two secure car parking spaces are available.
The property is completely surrounded with a fence.

Hemos estado 7 días en casa Pradillo y solo puedo decir que excepcional. La casa grande y con todo lo necesario y que decir del jardín y la piscina , un espacio para desconectar totalmente. Manuel encantador, dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Es el segundo año que vamos y seguro que repetimos. Gracias por todo.

Acabo de pasar 15 días en Casa Pradillo y sólo puedo decir cosas buenas: Los propietarios son muy agradables y educados, la casa está MUY limpia y tiene tres dormitorios con colchones cómodos de muelles, dos baños (uno dentro y uno fuera), dos sofás enormes, tres terrazas que dan a distintas orientaciones de la casa, una piscina muy grande, barbacoa, aparcamiento cubierto y un jardín muy bien cuidado. Está a 10 minutos andando de la playa, y en coche llegas en menos de 5 minutos a Conil, en unos 10 minutos a Roche, y en 20 minutos a Novo Sancti Petri. También hay supermercados y gasolineras en las cercanías. Lo tiene todo para unas vacaciones perfectas.

Sehr schönes Haus, war alles sehr gepflegt und wir haben die Terrasse mit dem weitem Blick und den Pool geliebt. Leider hatten wir in einem der Betten Bettwanzen. Mein Partner hatte mehrere Bisse an Arme, Beine und Hände. Nach dem Wechsel der Schlafzimmer (und Meidung der Couch) kam Ruhe rein.

Bastante bueno, limpieza, comodidad, un lujo el jardín independiente con la piscina y sobre todo cerca de la playa y de cualquier necesidad que se tuviera. Muy amable.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in Folge im Casa Pradillo und haben wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch mit Hund war es einfach nur wieder ein Genuss!

das Anwesen ist genau wie im Prospekt beschrieben. Die Lage ist ideal um (auch fußläufig) zum Strand zu gelangen oder nach Conil. Die Einrichtung ist älteren Datums, aber sauber. Leider ist kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden, was uns Vielkocher etwas störte, da die Küche ansonsten gut ausgestattet ist und zum Kochen inspiriert. Für den Preis ein super Anwesen. Vielen Dank

Hallo zusammen, wir waren absolut zufrieden sowohl mit unserem Aufenthalt in Andalusien selbst, als auch mit der Unterkunft. Bei Fragen haben wir uns an Manuel wenden können, der uns behilflich war - mit dem Übersetzungsprogramm über WhatsApp hat es einwandfrei geklappt ;) Wir haben das Haus sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet vorgefunden. Der Pool war immer traumhaft temperiert, und auch der Poolreiniger war freundlich und so unauffällig, dass wir ihn (fast) gar nicht mitbekommen haben, weil er auch sehr in der Früh anwesend war. Sehr positiv ist uns aufgefallen, dass wir tatsächlich die 3 Wochen unbehelligt tun und lassen konnten, was wir wollten - das hatten wir auch schon anders, dass der Besitzer jeden Tag um 19:00 Uhr kam und wir uns richtig beobachtet fühlten. Von uns (4 Erwachsene) volle 5 Sterne für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir 3 Zimmer benötigen.
