Holiday apartments close to the beach

Holiday rental apartments situated right next to Los Bateles beach and the beach promenade in the town of Conil de la Frontera. The area is unbeatable due to its proximity to the beach and the nightlife area of the town. Here, you will just be a few steps from the beach, the promenade, restaurants, different shops, ice-cream parlours and many other services in the town.

The apartments are fully furnished and have a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave and all utensils and small appliances including a blender, juicer, coffee pot and toaster.
The two bedrooms either contain one double bed and two singles, or two double beds. In the lounge there are sofas and a TV, and there is one bathroom.

Conil is a popular destination for families as well as groups of friends, thanks to the climate, quantity of bars and restaurants and the beautiful surroundings.

Appartamento vicinissimo al mare (che si poteva vedere anche dal balcone) ed al centro, luminoso, spazioso, pulito ed accessoriato come da annuncio; benché nella sua essenzialità e con mobili un po’ ancien regime ci ha consentito di godere una serena vacanza. Esta muy bien situado, los colchones son cómodos y la cocina esta bastante completa. El deterioro de varias cosas en el apartamento, y el agua que va con gas, la ducha era un descontrol con la temperatura del agua para ducharse.

Había un problema con el calentador y nos tuvieron que reubicar en otro apartamento. Estuvimos genial, no puedo valorar el Paramento de carril porque nunca estuvimos en el. Pero el trato recibido por David y Natalia para la resolución del problema fue muy buena y volvería a repetir en el apartamento de la calle enologos sin pensarlo. Falta de papel higiénico, cubiertos y alguna bombilla, pero pasan inadvertidas cuando ves el buen trato que tuvimos

Ubicación Alquilamos 3 apartamentos. Dos de ellos en la misma manzana, pero distinto portal. Es decir, ninguno está en el mismo edificio. Estos dos apartamentos son algo "decentes", pero el que se encuentra dos portales más allá, es cuanto menos deprimente, cutre y mal preparado para el precio del alquiler que se cobra. A todos ellos se accede por escalera, no hay ascensor. Como subir a una 3ª planta en dos de ellos, y a un 4º en el otro. Por lo que no es muy recomendable si vas con niños o cargado de maletas. Sin aire acondicionado, UN solo ventilador para cada apartamento (dos habitaciones en cada apartamento). Eso si lo hay, puesto que en uno de los apartamentos (el "triste"), el ventilador no funcionaba, además de contar solo con DOS vasos y una taza (recordemos que es para un apartamento de dos habitaciones dobles), y sin armario en una de las habitaciones. Por lo que si tu única opción es dormir en la calle, estos apartamentos pueden ser una "buena" solución de alojamiento.
