HOME BEACH CONIL

Attached house of new construction, sea views, located 300m from the beach that is accessed by a wooded path that runs between pines to "Fontanilla" beach, classified as one of the best beaches in Andalusia. The center of the village is 500m away, so you can also access on foot. There is a large supermarket 150m from the house. The house is within the luxury urbanization SELECTA COSTA, with a huge communal pool as well as playground and common green areas, right at the back exit of the house by the porch, so it makes a privileged access to the pool. The house has 2 floors: on the ground floor is the lobby, the kitchen, dining room, living room with an additional full bed, bathroom with shower and porch with views.
On the first floor there are 2 double rooms with shared bathroom and a master bedroom with king bed and its own bathroom, all decorated with exquisite taste and furniture and mattresses of the highest quality.

A modern house on a very nice development on the fringes of Conil overlooking a shared pool. The house is beautifully furnished. The beach is a 10+ minute walk and is one of Spains finest with some great restaurants. It's a 15 -20 minute walk to the old town. We loved our stay.

Ein tolles Haus in einer perfekten Lage. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Poolanlage wird jeden Tag gepflegt und in Stand gehalten. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, mit der Möglichkeit sehr gute Strandbars zu erleben, lange Spaziergänge zu machen oder einfach am Strand liegen und schwimmen gehen. Insgesamt ein tolles Objekt, in einem schönen Ort mit einer schönen Altstadt mit Bars, Restaurants und kleinen individuellen Geschäften, welches wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können und selber auch nochmal besuchen werden.

Hemos pasado 12 días maravillosos en Conil en septiembre. 2 adultos y 3 adolescentes. El alojamiento es fiel a las fotos y a la descripción del anfitrión. Apartamento completo, no le falta de nada, menaje abundante. Casa muy cómoda con salida directa a la piscina , que por cierto estaba muy poco concurrida. Para llegar a la playa solo se precisa un corto paseo entre pinos. Pablo, está siempre pendiente de los huéspedes, se preocupa por sus ellos durante su estancia. Lugar para repetir. Gracias Pablo!

La casa muy bonita, muy bien equipada. Cerca Conil y la preciosa playa de la Fontanilla. El recorrido por la costa gaditana nos encantó. Totalmente recomendable.
