Attractive villa with private pool

Holiday rental house with pool and garden near Roche, in the town of Conil de la Frontera, the beaches and coves are less than five minutes by car. The accommodation has a capacity for a maximum of 6 people.



The house has a pampered and rustic decor, has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, with all kinds of appliances and kitchen utensils to make you feel at home.

For your comfort it is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and even in the living room, and has WiFi.



Outside, there is a large manicured garden with umbrella and sun loungers for relaxation, and has a natural shade near the barbecue and a totally private pool to be outdoors and enjoying the tranquility with family or friends.

The accommodation is located less than five minutes from the beach and coves of Roche in the Cadiz town of Conil de la Frontera. In this area you can find small corners and coves to enjoy the tranquility.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar del mundanal ruido de los sitios masificados. Casa con todas las instalaciones necesarias y totalmente equipada. Quizas como pega, un poco lejos de la playa, lo que te requiere de coger coche para ir a la misma. Los dueños agradables y para todo lo que necesites, incluso para adquirir alguna cosilla que se te haya olvidado coger con las prisas. 100% recomendable
