"We spent a wonderful few days in Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottages have been beautifully renovated and well equipped and we were lucky enough to christen the amazing bbq grill and hut. The cottage is very dog friendly with enclosed garden. A great base to explore the North Norfolk towns and beaches with some great recommendations from Andy and Karen."

"We had a fabulous few days at the cottage as a family of 4. It was clean and cosy, with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and good quality bedding - my husband was especially pleased with the double ninja air fryer. The sunny walled garden was a delight to sit out in, with lovely garden furniture. Our host was also wonderful, with great communication. All in all, a great family break and I would recommend the cottage to anyone - thankyou Teresa. "

"Spacious, clean and well equipped, comfy beds and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Really appreciated the board games for the day the weather was not so good. Really minor improvements would be pint glasses for the men, a long cable to make the snug room tv internet connected and for all the beds to be made up not just the number fir persons staying so we can chosewhi sleeps where (one of the singles didnt have sheets on presumably as we were 7 staying in an 8 berth cottage). Overall...

"Great stay 2 adults and a golden retriever. Garden ideal for dog. Comfy sofas and bed. Could do with bedside table each side in main bedroom and also plug sockets near bed for phones. Parking tight against house but managed to get a space daily apart from one occasion. We love area, sandringham, brancaster, old hi stand Tom, rose and crown in the village and thornham deli particularly good"

"This is a delightful cottage, with a cosy sitting-room and then much larger than expected and extremely well-equipped kitchen/diner at the back. We didn’t have sitting out weather, but there is a small secluded garden at the back which would be lovely in summer - better than it appears on the Vrbo photos. Despite being on a road called High Street it is very quiet. A bonus is the well above-average quality selection of books and DVDs available."

"Great location central Wells, walking distance to quay, shops, restaurants. On street parking was available nearby, 160 yds . This is a diper clean convenient and warm home. Tthere was plenty of equipment for a family in the compact kitchen space and very clear helpful notes for running of house. There was plenty of games, video s, very comfortable beds and pillows with spare blankets. Maybe a few extra touches could add style for little extra outllay: comfy modern cushions, raised sofa height,...

"Wonderful sea views. Quite a lot of noise from traffic, but only during the day. Showers/plumbing need some attention, eg sink plugs do not fit, and difficult to control temperature of showers."
