Malgré mes relances au service client de l'hotel par email, telephone et lors de mon séjour aucune réponse ne m'a été faite. Quelques jours après mon séjour je reçois un email automatique s'adressant à moi comme ci j'avais simplement annulé mon séjour. On est très loin du standard attendu. "

"The hotel is in an old building, but my room was lovely. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The bathtub/shower combination had lots of hot water and strong water pressure . The hotel is practically across the street from the magnificent train station, and a twelve minute walk to downtown on a beautiful walk. There are two great restaurants a block or two away for either French or Italian food. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly and polite. One standout was Vincent, who checked me in when I arrived. He recommended restaurants and helped me with a dinner reservation. When I returned from dinner, he inquired if I enjoyed my meal. He obviously enjoys his work - he made me feel like a valued guest at the hotel!"

"If you’re in Condè Northen, this is the place. The staff is lovely, the restaurant is delectable and the area is calm and relaxing. We didn’t use the spa, but it looked lovely. Well worth a visit. "
