Above all, staff did not insist on speaking English to me and put up with my poor French. A rarity in France in my exprrience! Definitely the best hotel in Epernay, we having tried at least 4 others. We will definitely be back!"

They were very accommodating with my request to use a small portion of their fridge and freezer to keep my ice packs and butter cool. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough.
