"The place esthetically is really nice, bathroom gorgeous and location great. Kitchen amenities require having to view pdfs that I personally I didn’t feel like reading."

"The hotel was charming in a great location. The staff was more than helpful. While the hotel itself was built in the 18th century, the room itself was modern and comfortable."

"Excellent staff, perfect hospitality and definitely love the hotel’s condition - coming here for years, but always feels fresh and new."

Would definitely stay here again!"

They brought to me the belongings of other guests and I returnee that to them. Finally, after too much time and effort wasted, they found out belongings. This is the worst W Hotel I have stayed. Also this Hotel seems to be abandoned. Not even the system was working so I the checkout process could not be made when I left the hotel. Total chaos, but...
