"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. "The renovations to this property were well done. There is an elevator, however they have two beautiful staircases. The location is across the street from a beautiful museum, great views, and a few restaurants to choose. They also can arrange for transportation from Santiago airport to the hotel, as well as work with tour operator to provide custom tours of the city and surrounding area."
