"The house was great, big, modern, new grill, internet, private pool and just about a private beach. Perfect weather for us. We did have a problem with some tiny ants, but the owner was having them sprayed to eliminate the issue. Great for a large family vacation."

"What a perfect place!! PARADISE!! Everything in the cottage was amazing - very well appointed - very clean - super easy to find - and EXTREMELY private. We had a blast. We even had a power outage while we were there for just an hour or so and Erika was on top of it lickety-split. I cannot say enough about our stay here other than we will be back. Next time I wont bring beach toys, air pump, or snorkel gear because all of that was there too!!"

"House: Amazing property with an amazing view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was the best. The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. She helped with charters, food recommendations etc. When we arrived, she met us at the dock and helped with luggage. She was very responsive during the week as well. I don't think we've had a better host. Overall: Easily the best house, host and location. North Caicos is an absolute hidden gem. We had the best family vacation exploring North and Middle Caicos. "

I had to take my sunglasses off a few times to make sure I was really seeing those amazing colors of the water. Hemingways was our favorite restaurant on the island. If you are debating this property... just book it!! Terry and his assistant are top notch. I promise you won't be disappointed. We are well traveled and picky... this property checked everything we wanted and exceeded out expectations. "

"My family and I were looking for 1 week with no plans, just lay in the sun and talk about life and chill. My daughter finished her freshman year of college, and my son finished his sophomore year of HS. We found this home and after a couple emails with Jessica I knew this was the place. We got to Provo, cab was ready (thank you Regine), boat to the island was 25 minutes...perfect. Regine was waiting for us and after getting the jeep from Al's Rental Car we were on our way to the house. I can't express how awesome the week was for our family. The entire trip was worth the money spent and we will definitely be back someday. "

"This property is a guest house on a main property but while we were there no one was in the main house. So we had access to the whole property and private access to the pool. It was heaven!
