"We had a wonderful week here. You will not find a better place and location for the price. The water is even prettier in person. I had to take my sunglasses off a few times to make sure I was really seeing those amazing colors of the water. Hemingways was our favorite restaurant on the island. If you are debating this property... just book it!! Terry and his assistant are top notch. I promise you won't be disappointed. We are well traveled and picky... this property checked everything we wanted and exceeded out expectations. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Dave’s house in North Turks. The home was clean, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. John, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The private pool was a great touch, and the beach just steps from the backyard was absolutely stunning. It felt like our own private slice of paradise—far from the crowded tourist spots and ideal for families looking for peace and quiet.Highly recommend this property, and we’re already hoping to return soon!"

"Wow! Of all the places we have rented, this was by far our favorite! The check in was easy and great communication before and during our stay. We traveled here with our two daughters (10 & 12) and loved coming out to our own private beach each day & night. We loved the sunsets, turtles, & easy walk to Windsor Cafe to eat local cuisine. The house had everything we needed. Hope to come back again someday! "

"My family and I were looking for 1 week with no plans, just lay in the sun and talk about life and chill. My daughter finished her freshman year of college, and my son finished his sophomore year of HS. We found this home and after a couple emails with Jessica I knew this was the place. We got to Provo, cab was ready (thank you Regine), boat to the island was 25 minutes...perfect. Regine was waiting for us and after getting the jeep from Al's Rental Car we were on our way to the house. I can't express how awesome the week was for our family. The entire trip was worth the money spent and we will definitely be back someday. "

"Home is lovely, spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of four but could have easily accommodated a larger family. Best thing about this property is the on island house manager, Regine. It is like having a sister on the island who has your back. She was extremely responsive and helpful. It gave our family a bit more confidence to lean into the adventure of the island knowing we had someone to call. Highly recommend this vacation rental."
