"Property is beautiful! House is nice and cozy. If you plan to cook a lot , they only have the essentials. You can sit outside and watch all the kite boarders go by. Ben is super helpful if you need anything while you there. While you are there you should check out Grace bay, Smiths Reef , and head up the street and try the Cocovan airstream restaurant. Really good food. We went deep sea fishing and caught 17 fish . We also went horseback riding on the beach . I do not recommend, the horses were malnourished and not well taken care of. Such a beautiful island , we will be back ! "

"Great place to stay! Beautiful in every aspect. Kite boarding school to watch pretty much all day, conch shells a plenty, and amazing turquoise waters. Everything was clean and and as described. My sister and family stayed in the other house on the property, which was very convenient. Very close in driving distance to everything. Grace Bay beach is less than 10 minutes away. Must see! Ben, the caretaker will get you what ever you need and take care of any problems. Fyi, if you plan to stay upstairs, it is not made for very tall people to go up and down the steps. Perfect for kids though.Defintely recommend to anyone. Thanks again for letting us stay at your house!"

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Terry’s home for my 50th birthday trip! It was truly a trip of a lifetime. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely fruit tray and a welcome drink. The views from the home are breathtaking, and we loved the privacy; it felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. On calm days, walking in the ocean felt like a never-ending experience. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and deck, which were well equipped with floats, chairs, and even some beer left in the cooler by Terry.The home was cozy yet spacious enough for all nine of us. For our last night, we celebrated with a fabulous catered dinner at the house from Hemmingway’s. It was the perfect ending to our vacation! Grace Bay Beach and nearby restaurants were super convenient. Terry and Dwayna were very responsive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Grace on the bay! The house was great had everything we needed! The beach had a lot seaweed but it was the time of year(end of July) when we went! Recommend lathering yourself in bug spray they are definitely bad! Overall my family had a wonderful time and would definitely make a return trip! "

"The reviews are real- this place is perfect and was just what we needed to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We saw more sea turtles than people (20 in 1 trip vs. 1 in 7 days on our beach) and loved sampling the delicious local flavors. We cooked several meals in the house and never felt like we had to make do with kitchen items. I'm already planning a return trip with my girlfriends.Biggest suggestion- learn how to take a good phone picture of the stars. You can see the Milky Way with the naked eye and you will want to remember it!"

"House: Amazing property with an amazing view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was the best. The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. She helped with charters, food recommendations etc. When we arrived, she met us at the dock and helped with luggage. She was very responsive during the week as well. I don't think we've had a better host. Overall: Easily the best house, host and location. North Caicos is an absolute hidden gem. We had the best family vacation exploring North and Middle Caicos. "

"My family and I were looking for 1 week with no plans, just lay in the sun and talk about life and chill. My daughter finished her freshman year of college, and my son finished his sophomore year of HS. We found this home and after a couple emails with Jessica I knew this was the place. We got to Provo, cab was ready (thank you Regine), boat to the island was 25 minutes...perfect. Regine was waiting for us and after getting the jeep from Al's Rental Car we were on our way to the house. I can't express how awesome the week was for our family. The entire trip was worth the money spent and we will definitely be back someday. "
