Paolo this spacious 58 m² apartment offers an exceptional location and a breathtaking view of the Bay of Concarneau. Located opposite Rodel Beach and just a three-minute walk from the city center of Concarneau and its entertainment, Paolo offers you an ideal setting for a pleasant stay where you can enjoy doing everything on foot.

The Accommodation

Paolo is located on the third floor and is decidedly oriented towards the ocean. It includes a beautiful entrance with a closet. Then a long corridor subdividing all the rooms of the apartment. In succession, you will discover a bright and cozy bedroom with a 160 cm bed, then you will enjoy an Italian-style bathroom equipped with a washing machine, and a separate toilet for more comfort.

Finally, the living room reveals itself with a panoramic view of Quai Nul and Cabellou. It consists of an equipped and open kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. The balcony will offer you the possibility to have your meals while admiring the comings and goings of the pleasure boats as well as the Glénan Archipelago.

Very nice appartment with fantastic view on the sea

The building itself with 6 floors is not very nice, but the appartment is fantastic and the location is really best as close to the inner city and directly at the sea and yachting harbour. Be aware that the place in the garage is really small to enter with big cars (2,20 m width). Equipment is all almoust new and excellent in the appartment.
