La maison de Nicole était idéale pour nous (1 couple + 1 enfant de 2 ans et demi) : jolie maison parfaitement entretenue et très bien équipée, lumineuse et agréable avec un petit jardin dont nous avons pu profiter presque tous les jours, le beau temps étant au rendez-vous. Le quartier est calme, ce qui est très appréciable. Un peu loin du centre ville pour y aller à pied mais très bien situé pour rejoindre les plages et les différents points d’attraction de la région. Enfin, la communication avec Nicole a été très facile. Nous gardons précieusement son contact pour une prochaine fois.

Idéalement située à quelques minutes en voiture de la ville close, la maison est surtout à côté de la voie verte qui permet de rejoindre en vélo et en toute tranquillité le centre de Concarneau. Habitation spacieuse pour le prix, bien équipée et très propre Je recommande!!

Maison très propre, bien équipée, et très agréable pour passer une semaine entre amis. Un peu excentrée du centre mais au calme, proche des commodités et surtout de la voie verte pour les balades à vélo.

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen in einer kleinen schönen Siedlung. Das Haus ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wenn es das Wetter zulässt, kann man auf der Terrasse die Sonne genießen. Der kleine Garten hat ein paar Obstbäume. Zum Lidl und einer leckeren Bäckerei sind es nur wenige Schritte zu Fuß. Sehr praktisch. Auch andere Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein wunderschöner grüner Radweg führt unweit des Hauses direkt nach Concarneau zur Ville Close. Auch das Château Kériolet ist gut in ein paar Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad zu den einzelnen kleinen Buchten ist es etwas anstrengend, da es ständig bergauf und bergab geht. Mit dem E-Bike kein Problem. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Nicole ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und steht immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank, Nicole!!!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Wohngebiet, zu Strand und ins Ortszentrum muss man 20-30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad fahren oder weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Die störendste Lärmbelastung sind nachts und frühmorgens Nachbarn und der Zeitungsbote, die ab und an mit ihren Dieselautos die Straße lang fahren. Man hat eine schöne Terrasse und findet auch unter den Bäuen im Garten Schatten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles wie beschrieben und somit erwartet. Nicole ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Kommunikation auch in Englisch möglich. Wir waren es nicht gewohnt, dass man als Feriengast den Müll rausstellen muss, aber das ist ja sehr zumutbar. Sowohl die Endreinigung als auch Handtücher und Bettbezüge sind optional und mit Zusatzkosten verbunden zubuchbar, das war uns beim Lesen der aus dem Französischen automatisch übersetzten Beschreibung nicht ganz klar gewesen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Zentrum von Concarneau bzw. Burg gelegen. Das Haus ist renoviert worden und alles ist neu und durchdacht. Ich war selten bis jetzt in einem Domicil wo alles so neu und sauber war: die Betten, die Möbel, das Geschirr, alle Putzmittel vorhanden falls man die Sauberkeiet unterstützen mag. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und waren täglich am Strand. Als das Wetter etwas durchwachener wurde sind wir nach Brest und Vannes gefahren, beide Städte sind sehr schön und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In dem Garten kann man auch prima essen, der Schirm und Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden, Liegestühle auch. Wir hatten eienen sehr schönen Urlaub, ich kann das Haus weiterempfehlen und wir werden wiederkommen! Lieben Dank an Nicole!
