"Clean and great location. Grounds and restroom/shower room very nice."

"The property and condo were clean, and had all the amenities as described online. We had 5 people staying at the property, and had plenty of room, We very much appreciated having a second bathroom. The pool was exactly as pictured online, and well maintained. The property manager John, had great communication, and was willing to address any issues that we might have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the Texas Hill Country area."

"Perfect location with great amenities! The cabin was so spacious and easily accommodated 6 guests (although we were only one couple). The general store onsite made our trip so easy, and we really enjoyed the free range chickens! We would absolutely recommend this location for your stay at the Frio in Concan!"

"This place has potential, but also has some issues.1) It was not clean when we arrived. The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad"

"It was beautiful and clean. The host Mrs. Wendy was wonderful and very helpful with everything. We will definitely be back!"

"Very clean! Wendy was sweet and came right up to help me with the code to get in! Great place, great atmosphere! Kids loved then pool! Will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a wonderful time. The property was nice and spacious with plenty of fun for the kids! "
