The 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home sleeps 22 in beds, has 2 living areas, + game room/bar area upstairs. A covered carport is the perfect place for your own dance slab! Granite countertops are in the kitchen area, TVs in the Master, 2 living rooms downstairs, and in the game room upstairs. The game room is unique and can be used as the 4th bedroom, with 3 twins built in beds. These beds will be a great place to call your own! The specially designed pool is the perfect accent to this beautiful home. Concan has not only the Frio River for tubing and kayaking, but Garner State Park also has dancing and hiking, Frio Valley Ranch for golfing, shopping, eateries, pies, and ice cream treats! To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 1 — sleeps 2 – 1 king
Bedroom 2 — sleeps 8 – 2 queen/queen bunks
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 8 – 1 queen/queen bunk: 1 full/full bunk
Game room — sleeps 3 – 3 full

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
