Brand new home with a pool in the Hearstone subdivision. Seven bedrooms, seven and a half baths. This home will accommodate up to 33 guests. Has an outdoor entertainment area with an outdoor fireplace, gas griddle, and a wood/charcoal grill. Outdoor TV and speakers for streaming music. An outdoor fire pit for toasting s'mores. (bathroom for this room is located in the outdoor kitchen area) 2 Queen over Queen bunkbeds - Sleeps 8 Linens & Towels Policy To help keep the cost of your rental down, we offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We also offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If you want to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. Linen Rental Pricing King, Queen, & Full beds: $24 + tax per bed (includes two towel sets) Twin beds: $12 + tax per bed (includes one towel set) (towel set includes wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel) What to Bring: LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases (pillows and bedspreads are provided) (see below in the miscellaneous section regarding the ability to rent linens) TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and pool towels. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property. PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware. SOAP: Dish washing, laundry, and hygiene products BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches. Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
