The villa is ideal for family getaways or trips with friends, offering plenty of space for everyone. It features a large, bright living area opening onto expansive terraces (300 m²) and 5 bedrooms throughout the house, including a master suite upstairs. The bedrooms have 4 bathrooms/showers (one with a bathtub) with toilets, plus 2 additional separate toilets.



Enjoy unobstructed sea views from the villa, nestled in a fully enclosed 3,500 m² garden with native trees, olive trees, and fruit trees. The landscaped grounds include a pétanque court, a ping-pong area, and a charcoal barbecue spot.



The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, a coffee machine, beer tap, oven, microwave, large cooktop, and modern appliances. A utility room (pantry/laundry) adds extra convenience.



The villa offers a large wooden terrace around the pool and two private upstairs terraces with sea views. The heated infinity pool (15 m x 5 m x 1.8 m), secured by an electric cover, is heated (except in case of weather issues) from April to All Saints’ Day holidays.



At the bottom of the lane, you can rent a seaside tennis court and kayaks. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. A cleaning fee is mandatory.
